Whole Chicken
Plump and juicy, for roasting, soup making, or potroasting. Remember to request giblets if you're making gravy!
Boneless Breast
Fabulous weeknight fare! Choose boneless breast for quicker cooking such as grilling, barbecuing and pan-frying. Makes many quick main and side dishes! Cubed, it's perfect for low-fat stir-fries.
Legs and Thighs
Legs and thighs are number one for roasts, braises, casseroles and stews. A great choice for grills and barbecues as darker meat won't dry like breast under fierce heat and it's easy to tell when it's cooked through and safe to eat off the bone.
