Scheduling your chickens for processing is simple; it only takes one phone call. You provide us with the best times for you, and we do our best to schedule you as close to those times as possible (if not exactly at the requested time).
Please call us between two and three weeks ahead of the time your chickens will be ready for processing to ensure we have space for your birds.
Be sure to stop feeding your chickens about 12 hours before their processing time. Overnight is usually fine. Give them plenty of water during that period, but no food. When you cage them for transit, put no more than 60 birds together to prevent crowding and extra stress. Transport the birds in well ventilated trailers, cages, or vehicles so the birds do not become heat stressed in transit.
